Hola, recientemente he encontrado una pagina en donde se publica la forma de configurar Hotmail en Evolution con POP. Al parecer, Hotmail ha abierto esta posibilidad.

La información principal es la siguientes:
Servidor POP = pop3.live.com:995
SSL: Sí
Nombre de usuario: Windows Live ID completo (incluyendo el live.com, @hotmail.com, etc).
Server: smtp.live.com:587
The server requires athentication: Yes
Use secure connection: TLS Encryption
Authentication type: login
